Leveraging a deep understanding of Process Optimisation, System Integration and introduction of AI Agents, you will design and implement initiatives that drive measurable value for our clients. You will bring a blend of an analytical approach, curiosity and agility to continually deliver for our clients, whilst being part of a growing, energised and ambitious Blue Border team.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover complex business pain points and translate them into strategic actions.
- Requirements Engineering: Facilitate workshops to define high-quality functional, non-functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and solution capabilities.
- Value Case Development: Support robust business case development for AI and automation investments, identifying clear KPIs and benefits.
- Process Re-engineering: Map “As-Is” and “To-be” states using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to remove inefficiencies before overlaying digital solutions.
- AI Agent Strategy: Identify and advise on high-impact use cases for Autonomous AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing multi-step business tasks.
- System Optimisation: Analyse existing tech stacks and data management processes to identify integration gaps.
- Change Management: Champion the adoption of new technologies, managing the “human element” of AI transformation through clear communication and training.
Professional Experience
- Experience within a management or technology consultancy or an internal transformation role.
- A working knowledge of Low-code platforms and LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
- Proven ability to apply structured thinking to complex problems and business challenges.
