Position: Remote Call Handler

Salary: £6008.80 per annum (£11.54 per hour)

About the Role

The heart of the Call Handler role is to arrange access for people visiting buildings that we monitor, the residents within these buildings are elderly and vulnerable clients. Calls can vary considerably from carers and relatives, deliveries and emergency services who require access to the building.

Sharing our purpose and team spirit, you will play your part every day. With a cool head, you’ll be handling all the calls in a professional caring manner.

This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough – so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll also need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Hours: 10 hours average per week

Shift pattern: Please select preference when applying.

Saturday & Sunday 08:00-13:00

Saturday & Sunday 15:00-20:00

Start Date : 25th November 2024

‍Training commitments: You will need to be able to commit to a 2 week training -Monday – Friday 08:00 – 14:30

For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed

Qualifications

  • You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
  • Ideally you would have some experience in a customer facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that within the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role.
