Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £500 – £1,400 a month

Job Type: Part-Time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of this FTSE 250 British Utilities Company. We are looking for people who are happy to work from home, either part-time or full time or who would like to earn an additional income in conjunction with their current role.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the Home-Based Customer Service Representative Role include:

  • Liaising with people both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Recommending the company services
  • Helping customers with any queries or complaints
