Remote Customer Service Agent – Orca Business Support Limited

The successful candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service. Attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks alongside call handling are essential to success in this position.

Previous call centre experience, particularly in high-volume environments, is highly desirable. A confident understanding of everyday PC use is required, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook considered a strong advantage. The role also demands excellent organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.

Job Description

As a Call Handler (Virtual Personal Assistant) you will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls on behalf of a number of different companies, taking messages and forwarding with urgency and efficiency. What should underpin everything we do is the quality of messages we sent to our clients, and the experience we provide to each caller.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous call centre experience dealing with a high volume of calls
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • A good understanding of how to get the best out of your PC, knowledge of word/excel and outlook would be advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure
