Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is beneficial but not essential.
