Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 per annum

About the Role:

We operate remotely and provide games in cities worldwide to a mix of customers – b2c and for b2b team building days. You will have the opportunity to work in one of the most important areas of our business, directly helping and improving the service we provide to our customers.

Customers whether b2c or b2b mean a lot to us, we aim to provide them with fantastic a experience and aim to meet and exceed expectations on all touch points. You’ll be representing the company, make our customers feel a warm welcome, receive a personal touch and assistance when they need it.

We’re looking for new team member – full of energy, able to showcase excellent customer service and a desire to create long-lasting impressions with our customers. The position focuses on all areas of customer support – queries before and after sales, following up for feedback and improving the customer’s journey. There is scope for the right candidate to help expand the team further, develop new processes and shape this area of the business.

The Role:

  • Excellent standard of customer service at all touch points.
  • Manage queries on multiple contact points – WhatsApp, Email, CRM, Socials etc. Multitasking and prioritising across different projects/channels.
  • Strong administration skills and comfortable making/receiving phone calls.
  • Process driven, optimising recurring tasks and identifying areas of inefficiency.
  • Gather data on customer queries, providing regular updates of results and findings.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, always working in a calm, friendly and professional manner.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy, and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a small team.
  • Experience working remote, independently and with a team across time zones.
  • Min 3 years customer service experience. Demonstrating expertise in your area.
  • Excellent time management skills with experience delivering high quality reports on time.
  • Proven creativity and vision in the development of your profession.
  • Desirable: Excel/spreadsheet knowledge.
  • Desirable: Passion to evolve to a leadership position and build a team.
  • Desirable: Social media management experience advantageous

Full time working hours are 37.5 per week – 10am to 6pm – Wednesday to Sunday.

Holidays: You’ll start on 22 holidays plus bank holidays which will increase each year up to 27 days of annual leave.
