About the Role
We are looking for a Work-From-Home Customer Services Assistant & Grant Consultant based in the Midlands. This role involves customer service, sales, and grant consultation, working remotely with a focus on engaging potential applicants.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with eligibility checks and grant applications for ECO4 and GBIS.
- Sales & Consultation: Advise homeowners, landlords, and tenants on government grants and guide them through the application process.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to drive applications forward.
- Data Entry & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with grant program requirements.
- Target Achievement: Work towards personal and team targets, with performance-based bonuses on successful installations.
Requirements
- Experience in ECO4 and GBIS (preferred) OR experience in a similar field OR a quick learner with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry tools.
