We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our fast growing tech startup.
Tradecert is just 10 months in and already making waves in the industry. We’re growing at 25% month on month, expanding our team and building something genuinely exciting. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for someone who can deliver a great customer experience and become a key part of our support team.
This role is fully remote and is a full time position at 37.5 hours per week.
About the role
You’ll be handling inbound/outbound customer support enquiries and helping customers get the most out of our platform. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for users, so we’re looking for someone friendly, organised, proactive, and confident in communicating with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer support enquiries in a timely and professional manner whilst taking the initiative with outbound calls/follow ups
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and answer questions clearly
- Provide a positive and helpful experience across all customer interactions
- Work closely with the wider team to escalate issues where needed
- Spot common customer pain points and feedback insights to help improve the product and support experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of the platform so you can support customers effectively
What we’re looking for

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
