Rehab 4 Addiction is a specialist advisory and referral service supporting individuals struggling with alcohol, drug, and behavioural addictions. Founded in 2012 by Oliver Clark, the organization collaborates with rehabilitation centres and outpatient clinics across the United Kingdom to connect individuals with the most suitable treatment options.

The admissions team carefully assesses each case to ensure clients receive the right support in an appropriately placed rehabilitation centre, offering a pathway to recovery and long-term well-being.

Position: Customer Service Assistant

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries, promote products, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse information effectively and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
