About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Main Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Upload information and images to social media
  • Engage with influencers to increase sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
  • Take Jewellery items to the Jewellery Quarter for repairs and resizing.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide customers with the most current information. Training on the Production and quality of Diamonds will be supplied

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers positively over the phone.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Own transport is essential
  • Knowledge of social media and ability to upload and create content
