About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time permanent remote role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making. This role is open to both mid-level and senior professionals with 1–12 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and transform datasets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand data needs.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy across datasets.
- Build and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Automate reports and analysis processes where possible.
- Document analytical methods, data sources, and reporting standards.
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–12 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data transformations.
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques, data modelling, and analytics best practices.
- Ability to interpret complex data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
