Role Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across Alcove’s systems to ensure the integrity and reliability of information used for business operations. This role supports operational teams by providing timely and precise data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Organise and maintain records for easy retrieval.
- Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Alcove’s data protection policies.

- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
