Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours Between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm – minimum 5 hours a day)

About the Role:

This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while contributing to the smooth running of our finance and operations functions. You will play an important role in supporting financial administration and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Controller with daily operational and finance-related tasks
  • Book anaesthetists and confirm procedure bookings
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets accurately
  • Process orders and manage supplies
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role (healthcare experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work with different teams across the business
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently from home
