About the Role:
This is a fully remote position with a client based in Edinburgh city centre. We are looking for candidates with PA/EA experience who can manage a variety of administrative tasks and provide high-level support to senior management. You will have the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the success of the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The role of PA/EA:
- Efficiently managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence and reports
- Assisting with general office management and administrative tasks
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
The ideal PA/EA:
- PA/EA experience is essential – we need someone who has been in a similar role and is comfortable with a wide range of administrative tasks
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload remotely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
