We’re after someone who’s proactive, personable, and confident juggling a varied workload across multiple industries. If you’re the type who gets satisfaction from keeping things running smoothly, spotting ways to improve processes, and being the calm in the storm for busy business owners, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Updating CRMs and systems
  • Drafting documents and emails
  • Writing and updating internal processes
  • Coordinating projects and checking in with clients
  • Creating and sending invoices, light finance admin
  • Supporting social media scheduling or Canva content (if that’s your thing!)

We work with a wide range of small business clients, so no two days are the same. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, while still being part of a tight-knit team who’ve always got your back.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of admin experience (remote experience is a big bonus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using a range of systems and software (we’ll provide training on the ones you don’t know!)
  • Super organised, great with time management, and happy to take the initiative
  • A friendly, warm approach
  • You must be based in the UK and eligible to work here

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience with social media content, scheduling or Canva
  • Experience supporting more than one client at a time
  • Experience using Xero / Quickbooks
  • Previous agency or VA role

What you’ll get:

  • Full-time, permanent

  • Core working hours (Mon–Fri) with some flexibility
  • Work-from-home setup with a supportive team culture
  • Company pension
