Job Role
As a Residential Support Worker you will be a key part of a young person or adult’s support team, listening to their wishes, planning meaningful activities, championing their communication goals and keeping meticulous records. You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment while working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs.
