We’re currently looking for a practical, detail focused retail assistant to join our retail team based at the Albert Dock.
As a Retail Assistant, you will have a range of duties from engaging with our customers, delivering a fast and friendly service and replenishing our much-loved products. Join us and you will be part of a team that loves to work together to ensure your store looks great and each customer leaves feeling happy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment where customer service is our top priority, our customer base is very tourist driven and we require someone who strives to achieve great customer service and a willingness to learn and take ownership of their responsibilities in a proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver great customer service to all our customers.
- Replenish store to ensure items are always available.
- Maintain store standards to ensure customer journey is clean, tidy and presentable.
- Supporting the team to meet daily retail targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Punctual with strong time management

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
- Fully computer literate
- Confident using Microsoft Packages
- Experience using EPOS Software
What we are offering:
- Pay between £12.21- £12.71 per hour with 15-30 hours per week.
- Shifts vary between 5-9.5 hours
- Shop Opening hours 9.30-19.00
