Position: Sales Administrator

Salary: £12.22 per hour

Main Duties

  • To provide branch administration and sales support to new and existing retail and wholesale customers.
  • Attend to incoming communications to the office.
  • Assist with day-to-day office administration.
  • Liaise daily with the Council Bereavement Services Team
  • Potential (with training) for yard work / manual handling

Requirements

  • Good all-round education, training where needed will be given

Abilities:

  • Polite and friendly manner
  • Good communication skills with a sympathetic and dedicated approach
  • Well organised, with IT skills to incl. Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
  • The ability to work without supervision
  • Flexibility to change days/hours as required
  • Manual handling / assist with yard work and undergo relevant training

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri opening – attendance to be decided – flexible – 20 hours per week
