As we aim to expand our client base, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to focus on the accounting sector. The ideal candidate will:

Main Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with accounting professionals and firms, promoting our staff augmentation, local search optimization, and bookkeeping solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through telemarketing, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to grow awareness of our outsourcing solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of local search optimization and bookkeeping services to enhance their business efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Manage client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or staff augmentation.
- Experience using CRM software and Google Work
- Strong networking skills, especially within the accounting industry.
