Location: Cambridge/Hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office

The Security Data, Analytics & Reporting Manager must possess the skills to drive data driven security decision making. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all security related data is robustly managed as the single source of truth to support evidence-based reporting, proactive threat mitigation and regulatory compliance.

About the role
- The role holder is required to act as the foundational pillar for data driven security decision making, ensuring all security related data is managed as a single source of truth.
- Act as the central owner for all Central Security Team IELTS (CSTI) security-related reporting
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, consistency, and accessibility
- Collect, handle and curate a wide range of security data from various sources as well as location specific records, to consolidate into a unified repository
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks and insights related to IELTS security
- Take responsibility for the development and implementation of interactive dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI
- Design, produce and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on security metrics, threats and performance
- Work closely with senior leaders, CSTI Security leads, Group Security, Operations, Assessment and Validation teams, and cross-functional partners to gather requirements and provide data driven insights
- Streamline reporting processes, improve efficiency and enabled advanced analytics capabilities
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You
- Proven track record in data management, analytics and reporting, ideally in a security compliance or risk management context
- Self-motivated and able to achieve deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication (written/oral) with colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing situations through creative and original thinking
- Proven application of visualisation and presentation of data to a range of stakeholders
- Experience producing detailed, data driven reports, and presentations for senior audiences
- Ability to balance a demanding workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
