Castleview Nursing Home is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to join its experienced team in Belfast. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, or the Nurse in Charge, the Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for directing and organising the workload for our team of Care Assistants, to assist our Residents with all aspects of their personal care.
The Senior Carer Assistant will also assist in the induction and mentoring of new staff, supervision of existing staff, care plan/daily evaluations and ensuring a high standard of care is maintained throughout the home.
Qualifications/Experience
NVQ level 3 with experience is desirable, however applicants with NVQ Level 2 and satisfactory experience may be considered.
