About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Team Leader to join our team in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee the care plans and daily operations.
Main Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of care staff in providing high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home
- Utilise IT systems effectively to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior care role is essential
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong IT skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues
- Familiarity with care home operations and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
