About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will oversee the care and well-being of residents in our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently maintained. You will also provide essential support to our care staff team, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional resident care.
Main Duties
- Supporting colleagues in delivering person-centered care to residents
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitoring the quality of care provided and implementing improvements as needed
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
- Providing hands-on support with daily activities, including personal care and medication administration
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or a similar leadership role within a care home setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Proficiency in IT for maintaining records and documentation
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans

To be considered for Sponsorship you must:
- Be living in the UK
- Live within a 30 minute commute of Sleaford
- Have over 6 months of experience in a care role
- Be fluent in written and verbal English communication to the required levels needed for sponsorship
