Norwyn Community Services provides comprehensive coverage across Kent, including Canterbury, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Sheerness, Maidstone, Thanet, and the Medway towns. We are continuously expanding our services to reach additional areas as needed.
Position: Senior Care Worker
Estimated Pay: £11.90 per hour
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Kent, UK
Main Duties
- Helping service users meet personal care tasks
- Help with food and drink
- Help with medication
- Help with toileting needs
- Help with transfers using the service user equipment
- Help to maintain home environment
- Escorting to outings
- Refer to other professionals
- You must be able to follow care and support plans
- Offer care and support to various services user groups for example: adults, elderly, mental health, learning disability &autism, physical problems, medical problems etc
- Visit service users at home morning, lunch, tea and bed
- Start visits at 7am or according to the scheduled visit times
