Job description
We are a small Residential Care Home of 18 beds. We are a short drive to Taunton, Wellington, Chard, Honiton and Hemyock (we are rural, set in the Blackdown Hills.)
The candidate must be highly organised, adaptable and be able to fulfil all of the daily objectives to a team of 3x carers.
The candidate must be confident in liaising with the multi-disciplinary team on the phone and in person and be able to successfully lead a small team. The candidate must also be able to take instruction from the Management and flow/ fit-in with the Home’s vision, values and routines.
NVQ Level 3 or above preferred. BUT for the right candidate, we will consider an NVQ Level 2 candidate (pay will reflect this.) There is room for development and growth for the right person.
