About Us
We are the clear market leader in our sector and one of the fastest-growing car buying companies in the world. In the UK alone we generate over 100,000 customer enquiries each month and process tens of thousands of vehicles through our high-traffic websites and nationwide operations. We have now launched across the United States, with multiple states already live and a bold plan to expand nationwide.
This growth has been fuelled by outstanding people, a strong culture, and our commitment to building and owning cutting-edge technology. We are not a speculative startup. With 15+ years of trading, no external funding, and consistent profitability, we have both security and momentum. Yet despite our size, we still have the energy and ambition of a startup – collaborative, fast-moving, and relentlessly focused on growth.
Our aim is ambitious: to reach a billion-dollar valuation within the next five years. Along the way, we want our success to make a positive difference. We have already donated over £1m to charity, and our contributions will scale as we do.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our established data team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s data and reporting function. This is a UK-based remote role with influence across both the UK and US. You will help us transition into a fully data-driven, intelligence-led organisation – ensuring the business has a highly dependable, single source of truth for decision-making, and enabling insight that drives performance, growth and customer experience.
This is not a “reporting only” role. You will take ownership of reporting accuracy, data governance, and advanced analytics – working alongside our Growth, Product and Tech teams. Your analysis will directly shape high-level decisions at scale. For the right person, this is a career-defining opportunity with real influence on the trajectory of a fast-scaling business.
