About the Role:

Todays Express Ltd is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations team in Hull. This role is key to ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate stock management, and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
  • Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer, sales, and stock management records.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reporting.
  • Prepare sales reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Requirements:
