Who We’re Looking For:

  • To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
  • Age: 21 years or over (due to service requirements).
  • Licence& Transport: A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle—being mobile is essential.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Children and Young People Services (adult experience is a fantastic bonus!)
  • Skills: Strong communication, razor-sharp observational skills, and proven experience using de-escalation techniques.
  • Vibe: High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm when the pressure is on.

Shift Patterns

  • We know life isn’t a 9-to-5. We operate a variety of shifts to cover 24/7 care. You must be available for:
  • Early Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Late Shift: 2:45pm – 9.45pm
  • Waking Night: 10:00pm – 7:15am
  • Weekends: Alternate weekends required.
