If so, you could join us as a Service Administration Assistant, providing efficient support to colleagues, members of the public and external organisations.
A day in the life of a Service Admin Assistant
- General administrative duties including dealing with emails and answering telephone enquiries.
- Organising meetings and taking minutes.
- Data entry and preparing reports with great accuracy.
- This is a hybrid role between the Warmley office and home. You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a greater team. You’ll be assisting the First Call Service in Bristol, as part of the wider Health and Care team in the South West and Channel Islands.
- To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:
- Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
- Confident in using telephone systems, Computer databases, Microsoft packages including Teams and Outlook with the ability to create, amend and manipulate Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- General administrative duties including answering the telephone and scanning, meeting and greeting staff, volunteers and members of the public.
- Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both virtually and face to face).
- Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional and confidential manner both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy etc.
