Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on, person-centred support to individuals in their homes or supported living environments. Your role will include:
- Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals, and medication
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Building positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Helping individuals access community activities and appointments
- Promoting dignity, safety, and respect at all times
- Accurately recording care and following support plans
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
- Willingness to work shifts, including some evenings & weekends.
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not required)
- Driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
