Key Responsibilities:

As a Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on, person-centred support to individuals in their homes or supported living environments. Your role will include:

  • Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals, and medication
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Helping individuals access community activities and appointments
  • Promoting dignity, safety, and respect at all times
  • Accurately recording care and following support plans

What We’re Looking For

  • A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
  • Willingness to work shifts, including some evenings & weekends.
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not required)
  • Driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
