Roc Group is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Specialist Support Worker in Sunderland to provide high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people with diverse and sometimes complex needs. Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts, is essential. Job Introduction

Specialist Support Worker – Sunderland

Part-time: 16 – 32 hours per week

5pm – 11pm then Sleep in then 7am – 9am (twice a week minimum)

Driving license and access to a vehicle required.

We do not offer sponsorships; Right to Work must be provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Previous experience working with children, youth offending, care leavers, or substance/alcohol misuse preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and some nights as part of a rotating schedule.
