Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering compassionate, person-centered care tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each service user
- Promote dignity and respect through assisting with daily personal care tasks
- Safely managing and administering medication, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to schedules
- Providing support with moving and handling tasks, following proper techniques to ensure safety and comfort for service users
