About Aspire Care

Aspire for Intelligent Care and Support is an employee-owned Community Interest Company founded in 2015, based in Salford. It specialises in supporting people with dementia, disabilities, and learning disabilities through a range of services including community hubs, autism-accredited day support, dementia care, supported living homes, and respite services. Aspire also offers volunteering opportunities and peer-led support groups. With a team of around 250 permanent and 50 casual staff, Aspire provides expert care with a focus on independence, inclusion, and community wellbeing

We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We would like to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our Dementia Services team in Salford. We specialise in supporting individuals with moderate to advanced dementia and complex care in our specialist day support centre based in Swinton. We work in a busy and varied environment where no two days are the same. We provide bespoke, personalised care for all of the people we support, helping them to live their lives to the full.

You may find yourself supporting someone in enjoying an afternoon of arts and crafts, participating in light exercise, reminiscing about times gone by, or simply feeling comforted and supported in your presence. We always strive to enable the people we support to live their life, their way. Some people we support require assistance with personal care and daily living tasks. Compassion to enhance quality of life and wellbeing is essential.

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in health and social care. We are looking for people to join our diverse work team and bring their personalities into the workplace. We will provide all the training and support you will need to become an excellent support worker.
