As a Hales Care Worker / Care Assistant / Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes.
Main Duties
- Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
- Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
- Assisting individuals in taking their medication
- Preparing warm and nourishing meals
- Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
- Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
Qualifications
