Salary: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

The Role:

We are currently seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be supporting individuals with a variety of needs, helping them to manage their daily routines and lead fulfilling lives.

Main Duties:

  • Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs
  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and administering medication
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and take part in social activities
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns when necessary
  • Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
  • A kind, patient, and respectful attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
