The Role:
We are currently seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be supporting individuals with a variety of needs, helping them to manage their daily routines and lead fulfilling lives.
Main Duties:
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and administering medication
- Supporting individuals to access the community and take part in social activities
- Encouraging independence and promoting choice
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns when necessary
- Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- A kind, patient, and respectful attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
