Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

Location: Eastwood, Nottingham

Hours: 4 nights per week, 8:30pm – 7:15am

Pay: £12.21 per hour (Living Wage for ages 21+) | Paid monthly

About the Role:

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a care home supporting adults with complex learning needs. This is a vital overnight role focused on maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents during the night
  • Carry out general cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards
  • Monitor and respond to residents’ needs with empathy and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with the day team to ensure continuity of care
