About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers / Care Assistants.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support within individuals’ homes or supported living environments, helping them live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Support with personal care, meals, and daily tasks
- Assist with medication (where trained)
- Support individuals to access the community
- Monitor and report changes in wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, reliable, and proactive individuals
- A positive, “people-first” attitude and passion for making a difference
- Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
