Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (eating, washing, mobility, etc.)
- Support individuals with dementia, autism, or complex needs
- Deliver high-quality care that promotes dignity and respect
- Accurately record care notes and communicate with our team
- Maintain health & safety and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in care or support work (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Right to work in the UK — We do NOT offer visa sponsorship (However, we welcome applicants who already hold a valid UK visa (e.g. Skilled Worker visa) and are looking to fill their permitted 20-hour supplementary work allowance )
- Clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights
