This post is restricted to females only as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 paragraph 1, Equality Act 2010.

About the role:

The service is led by registered nurses and is located in Twickenham, London. We’re seeking to hire full-time, part-time, and bank support workers to join our dedicated team. Our focus is on the people who live in our service, ensuring that they receive care tailored to their individual needs.

You will be assisting individuals with complex needs, including those who are nonverbal, have epilepsy, visual impairments, or require the use of wheelchairs. Given these needs, we’re looking for support workers who have some prior experience and are at ease providing personal care, such as bathing, assisting with toileting, or shaving. Have at least 1 years’ experience working with people who have learning disabilities and mobility issues.

Due to the vulnerability of the people that we support, face masks are worn within the service and full personal protective equipment (PPE) when providing personal care.
