You will be supporting young adults between the ages of 16 – 40 with their daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, paying bills. Making sure that the individuals stay as independent in their life as they can be and fulfil their dreams by empowering people in their wants and wishes.
We do a variety of fun activities such as walking, hiking, swimming, cinema & gym. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Experience in the Care sector is an advantage but no essential as we believe that matching the right person/support worker with the right individuals is fundamental to ensuring the success of people’s services and their ability to achieve the best possible quality of life, so we are looking for people who have:
- Clear and calm communication
- Fully vaccinated against Covid 19 – desirable
- Willingness to give 100% every day
- Passion for working with complex individuals who display challenging behaviour
- A Flexible approach is essential and you will need to be available to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts.
