About the Role

ENS Care & Support is looking for caring, reliable, and passionate Support Workers to support individuals across a wide range of needs.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our warm and supportive team, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals across a wide range of needs. The minimum time for a care package is 3 hours.

You will support individuals with:

  • Learning Disabilities – Empowering independence and life skills
  • Physical Disabilities – Providing hands-on support with dignity and respect
  • Mental Health Needs – Offering compassionate and consistent emotional care
  • Older People – Supporting those with age-related conditions or dementia
  • Sensory Impairments – Adapting care to suit hearing or vision needs
  • Respite Care – Giving families essential breaks while ensuring loved ones are safe and well cared for
  • Palliative Care – Delivering sensitive end-of-life care with dignity
  • Young Adult Services – Supporting children and families with complex care needs
  • Supported Living – Encouraging independence in daily life within community settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and reassurance
  • Engage and assist in activities, outings and appointments
  • Follow personalised care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Support with medication, meal prep, and household tasks
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
  • Work closely with families, health professionals, and your care team

Requirements

Essential:

  • You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle for community-based shifts.
