A valid UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential. While experience in care or support work is desirable, full training can be provided for the right person.

About the Role

We are looking for warm, committed, and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will support adults in their homes with day-to-day tasks that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing. No personal care is required, as this is a non-regulated service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Supporting with light household tasks
  • Encouraging independence and daily living skills
  • Supporting with community access, shopping, and appointments
  • Providing respite sitting services for families
  • Following personalised support plans
  • Reporting any concerns to the management team

What We’re Looking For

  • Kind, patient, and caring nature
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential
  • A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not required
