About the Role
We are looking for warm, committed, and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will support adults in their homes with day-to-day tasks that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing. No personal care is required, as this is a non-regulated service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Supporting with light household tasks
- Encouraging independence and daily living skills
- Supporting with community access, shopping, and appointments
- Providing respite sitting services for families
- Following personalised support plans
- Reporting any concerns to the management team
What We’re Looking For
