Flexi First Class Care (FFC) provides safe, supportive semi-independent living for young people aged 16–25. We support care leavers and vulnerable young people to develop life skills, confidence, and independence, helping them transition successfully into adulthood.
The Role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team on a zero-hours basis. This role is ideal if you need flexibility – you can choose the shifts that work for you while making a real difference in young people’s lives.

Salary: £12.25 per hour
Location: Sheffield
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care.
- Help residents develop independence, including managing money, planning meals, attending appointments, and accessing education or employment opportunities.
- Offer emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help young people overcome challenges.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment.
- Complete records and follow safeguarding and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone caring, patient, and committed to supporting young people.
- Experience in care, supported living, or working with young people is desirable but not essential — full training is provided.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to cover a variety of shifts including evenings, nights, and sleep-ins.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
