Job summary

We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team working in the PE4 5AN area.

You must have empathy and a caring attitude towards supporting adults with additional support needs (learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health, Challenging behaviour) in a residential setting.

You will be working in our award winning home, as part of a team and indivially to achieve positive outcomes for adults in the home.  Tasks include

  • Personal care
  • Dressing
  • Feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Money handling
  • Cooking & Baking
  • Laundry
  • Cleaning
  • Record Keeping
  • Commuinty based activies

And Many other activites

We can be flexible in our approach to shifts/times/lengths depending on the needs of the home, these may include mornings, afternoons, evening, weekends, waking nights and sleep-in duties. Meals provided when working. Full hours paid (including breaks), enhanced hourly rates on Bank Holidays, Guaranteed hours.

Full induction, on going support and training from Manager/seniors and staff team

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ideally applicants should have a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Have a kind and caring nature
  • Have experience of supporting adults with additional needs.
  • Full driving licence
  • Full training can be given
