Willow Wood Hospice is an adult hospice providing care for patients with life limiting conditions. We care for these adults by providing symptom control and end of life care. The needs of the patients and their families are at the heart of all we do.
We require an experienced Support Worker to work within the Inpatient Unit, primarily responsible for carrying out assigned tasks involving direct patient care – in support of and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
