The Role
We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team at Acacia Hall, Friesthorpe, Lincoln
As a Support Worker you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
- Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
- Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
- Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
- Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Shift Patterns
24 hours shifts which includes Sleepover and Day shifts
Pay & Progression
We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £12.60 Level 2: £13.10 Level 3: £13.60
