About the Role

We are recruiting Support Workers who can encourage and enable adults with a learning disability providing practical and compassionate support in all areas of daily living.
Experience in care is not necessary, you just need to have the right values and a passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence.
Our supported living service in Crowborough has four separate living areas where dedicated teams provide support to between three and four people. Your role may include supporting people out in the community, working alongside people to maintain and learn new skills, supporting with activities and providing personal care. A full training program is available to support you in your role – including medication, health and safety, Safeguarding and manual handling training. The opportunity to undertake the Care Certificate is also available.

- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Are self-motivated
- Are physically able to carry out all tasks as required
- Are committed to providing excellent support
- Willing to undertake training required to complete the job role
