- Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual’s condition to the appropriate professionals.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
