Oasis is opening a new scheme on Canvey Island.
Salary quoted is a base salary of £25,417.60 p/a plus recognition of anticipated earnings from sleep in’s per annum. Overtime is available.
Shift patterns are;
Monday -Sunday
Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00
Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00
Sleep in: 23:00 to 07:00

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for;
- Providing care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the service management
- Support and enable adults to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care
- Support adults in maintaining their tenancy
- Maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required to maintain and progress knowledge
