Believe And Achieve Support Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join its team in Manchester, supporting young people in semi-independent living settings. This rewarding role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people, including care leavers and asylum seekers.
Successful candidates will be empathetic, responsible, and resilient, with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in young people’s lives. Applicants must be available to work on a rota basis, which may include sleep-ins as required.

What You’ll Do
- Support budgeting, cooking, travel, and college attendance
- Plan and guide activities and appointments
- Record daily logs and incidents via Lief Care
- Work evenings/weekends, including sleep‑ins
- Liaise with social care, education, and health professionals
Who You Are
Essential:
- Experience with young people (care leavers, asylum‑seekers, etc.)
- Empathetic, responsible, and resilient
- Available for rota (which may include sleep‑ins)
- UK work status
Desirable:
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working toward)
- Full UK driving licence
- Trauma‑informed or safeguarding training
- DBS on the update service
